Here at Cross Keys residents are encouraged and supported to engage in a wide range of activities, both within and away from the home. Community involvement has played a key role in meeting, developing and enhancing the recreational and social interaction needs of our residents.

Food & Nutrition
Many foods bring many smiles to many faces, here at Cross Keys the menu is tailored around the individual wishes and preferences of the residents and where possible our ingredients are sourced from local producers.
Residents are supported and encouraged to be as independent as possible and this includes being involved in all aspects of food preparation and cooking, this is something that clearly bring a lot of pleasure and satisfaction to all those involved.
Personal Care
Our aim is to provide the very highest standard of care, and this is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We work constantly to promote our residents’ skills and independence in this area and are mindful of their dignity at all times.

Our aim is to support you to make the very most of your time with us. Our services are tailored to your needs whether this is short stay, or 24 hour, seven days support.
We will help you to develop a comprehensive ‘Essential Lifestyle Plan’ and will work with you to help you achieve your goals.
Cross Keys provides professional support and care for my brother on a daily basis. I can always call or even just knock on their door and receive a warm welcome. I first started working for Swallowcourt at Cross Keys in 2015, initially as a Bank Support Worker and progressing through to a Senior Support Worker and then Deputy Manager.
Appointed as the Manager of Cross Keys in September 2020, I am proud to lead a dedicated staff team at Cross Keys as part of the Swallowcourt Group, knowing that each and every day we make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
