I first started working for Swallowcourt at Cross Keys in 2015, initially as a Bank Support Worker and progressing through to a Senior Support Worker and then Deputy Manager.

Appointed as the Manager of Cross Keys in September 2020 and Station Villa in March 2023, I am proud to lead two dedicated staff teams, knowing that each and every day we make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
