Life at Station Villa
Station Villa has been extensively developed to provide a choice of accommodation for people with different abilities and care needs. In addition to the bedrooms in the main house, there are three flats and five semi independent chalets with their own front doors and residents are actively encouraged to take part in the running of their home.
Activities & Hobbies
Residents of Station Villa enjoy a varied programme of activities and hobbies. As well as arts and crafts sessions, residents are members of local clubs and enjoy taking trips to the shops and pubs.
Food & Nutrition
The home’s kitchen prepares a varied menu sourced from local ingredients wherever possible. All meals are freshly prepared and cooked with a choice of courses. Residents have access to the kitchen to make themselves snacks and drinks.
Our aim is to look after you and your individual care needs to ensure you receive the very best care possible. Care is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we work with you to develop a comprehensive care plan based on your needs, which is assessed with you, on an ongoing basis.

I am happy here at Station Villa. The staff are always very helpful and kind. They will be supporting me to move onto supported living when I am ready. For now they will be working with me to become more independent. The manager is always nice.
Station Villa Resident
I have 20 years’ experience working in a variety of healthcare sectors, including midwifery, dementia care, palliative care, elder care and pharmacy.
I have worked for Swallowcourt since 2016, starting as a support worker at Breage House and progressing to a Senior Support Worker then to Deputy Manager of Station Villa. Delighted to be appointed as the Manager for Station Villa, I am excited to lead a dedicated team of staff who are committed to making a positive difference to the lives of the people we support.
Supporting individuals who face the additional challenges of a Learning Disability is definitely my passion and I believe in supporting everyone in our care to have a happy, safe and fulfilled life.
