Bev, our Head Chef at Ponsandane Care Home, features in Bar & Kitchen Magazine.

The September issue of Bar & Kitchen Magazine will feature our Head Chef from Ponsandane, Bev Rangeley, as she talks about creating delicious meals for our residents.

Bev has been with Swallowcourt for 15 years and takes great pride in her role, ensuring our residents have tasty, nutritious meals, tailored to their needs.  Working closely with residents and staff, Bev ensures that resident’s dietary requirements are the starting point for creating her seasonal menus.

Food and mealtimes play a huge role in day to day life for residents, providing social benefits as well as wellbeing and optimum health from a well-balanced and tailored diet.
